5.1 All information required to administer our accounts system for invoices, credit notes, including bank account details if retained are stored in an encrypted data base which is password protected and stored on a local hard drive. All paper accounting information is routinely destroyed after seven years.
5.2 HWWS electronic mailing data is stored on a local hard drive and password protected. You may unsubscribe and/or have your details deleted at any time by emailing: fraser@hirewoodworkspace.co.uk.
5.3 HWWS services are promote via our website, no banking details or customer information is stored or retained online except cookies, please see 6.0
5.4. Client payments are done predominantly via online banking with customers details held and secured by our bank Barclays Bank PLC.
5.5 Payment to HWWS through PayPal via a link from our website is secured by PayPal and HWWS collects no data. Please be aware that all PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.

6.1 HWWS use necessary cookies to make our website work. Cookies collect information about how you use our website, so we can improve our services.
